Once as a loitering teen at the peak of a rather taxing acid trip, some big, fat, pissed up, kebab munching, numpty got talking to me in town after the pubs shut, to which he shared the eternal wisdom that burnt a permanent mark on my psyche - 'Never marry a nurse, she'll break your heart'.
Still to this day I have never married a nurse.
